Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026  ·  No More Later LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the No More Later app and website, provided by No More Later LLC (“No More Later,” “we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

What No More Later does

No More Later helps you stop procrastinating by blocking apps you select on your own device until you complete a task you set. You choose the apps, set the task, and submit proof; our AI verifies the proof, and your apps unlock. You can also choose to verify certain tasks automatically using Apple Health.

No financial penalties. No More Later does not charge you, fine you, or take any money if you miss a task. The only payment is an optional subscription (below). The consequence for not completing a task is simply that your selected apps stay locked.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, able to form a binding contract, and able to use the Apple App Store. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information.

Screen Time and device permissions

No More Later uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) to restrict apps on your own device, at your direction. This is self-restriction only — the app does not monitor or control anyone else's device. You can revoke Screen Time access (and Apple Health access) at any time in iOS Settings, which lifts any active blocks. Because these are your own device's controls, you can always remove a block, though doing so may affect your streaks.

Subscriptions

No More Later offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Pro”) that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase.

Passes

The app may give you a limited number of “passes” to lift a block in an emergency. Passes are limited, provided at our discretion, and are never sold and have no cash value.

AI verification

We use automated (AI) verification to judge whether your submitted proof shows the task was completed. Verification is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be perfect; it may occasionally accept or reject proof in error. We may adjust and improve verification over time. Verification decisions are not a judgment about you.

Apple Health

If you choose to verify tasks using Apple Health, the app reads relevant health data on your device only. No More Later is not a medical or fitness service and provides no medical advice; its health-based verification is for accountability purposes only.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it; don't use it for unlawful purposes; and don't submit content that isn't yours or that violates others' rights.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that blocking or verification will work in every circumstance (for example, if Apple's Screen Time APIs change or you revoke permissions).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No More Later LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Florida.
