Common Questions

When you create a commitment you choose a stake amount (e.g. $20). If your deadline passes without verified completion, that amount is automatically charged to your saved card. The charge is intentional — that's the whole point. It's the consequence that makes the commitment feel real.
Penalty charges are final and non-refundable by design — removing that certainty would undermine the app's effectiveness. However, if you believe a charge was made in error (e.g. you submitted valid proof but it was incorrectly rejected, or a technical issue caused a false deadline), contact us at support@nomorelater.app and we'll investigate.
When you submit proof, our AI compares your photo against the commitment description to verify it's a genuine completion. For example, if your commitment is "finish reading chapter 5", a photo of the last page of that chapter with the book visible would count. Clear, honest photos work best. Submitting false or misleading proof is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Extension tokens let you push a commitment's deadline forward when life gets in the way. Each token grants one extension of the duration you choose. You earn tokens through your subscription and can use them before a deadline passes. Tokens cannot be converted to cash and don't roll over between billing periods.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → No More Later. We don't lock you in. Note that any active staked commitments will still be charged if their deadlines pass — cancelling your subscription doesn't cancel outstanding commitments.
Open the app → Account tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your profile, commitment history, and removes your card from Stripe. Accounts with active staked commitments must resolve or cancel those first.
Yes. We use Stripe for all payment processing — your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification available.
No More Later involves real financial charges. To use the app you must be legally able to enter into financial contracts, which requires being 18 or older. This is a hard requirement — not optional.
This can happen in rare cases — for example if proof was submitted near a deadline and there was a processing delay, or if the AI incorrectly rejected valid proof. Email us at support@nomorelater.app with your commitment details and proof photo and we'll review it promptly.
