No More Later ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the No More Later iOS application (the "App"). Please read it carefully. By creating an account and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

No More Later is a productivity application that helps users build follow-through by attaching financial stakes to personal commitments. Users set a task, a deadline, and a monetary stake. If the task is completed on time — verified by a photo reviewed by AI — no charge is made. If the deadline is missed, the pre-agreed stake is charged to the user's payment method. The decision to charge is deterministic: it depends entirely on whether the user completes their task, not on any random outcome.

The App is rated 18+ and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We enforce this through an in-app age gate at registration.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account information. When you create an account — either by registering with an email address and name, or by using Sign in with Apple — we collect your name and email address. This information is required to create and manage your account.

Payment information. When you add a payment method, your card details are processed and tokenized directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your raw card number, CVV, or full card data. We store only the Stripe-generated token, the last four digits of your card, and the card type (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), which are used solely to display your payment method to you and to initiate charges when a commitment deadline is missed.

Commitment data. We store the task descriptions, deadlines, and stake amounts you enter when creating commitments.

Photos submitted as proof. When you submit a photo to verify completion of a commitment, that photo is uploaded to our secure storage (provided by Supabase) and transmitted to OpenAI's API for AI-powered verification. Photos are used solely for the purpose of verifying your specific commitment. They are not used to train AI models, are not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, and are not used for any purpose beyond the verification of the commitment for which they were submitted.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Push notification token. If you grant permission for push notifications, we collect and store your device's push notification token to send you deadline reminders and commitment updates.

Device timezone. We collect your device's timezone to ensure that your commitment deadlines are calculated and displayed accurately.

App usage data. We collect data about your activity within the App, including your commitment history and completion rates. This helps us provide the core functionality of the App and may be used in aggregated, anonymized form to improve the App.

Crash and error data. We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error logs. These may include device information, operating system version, and application stack traces. This data is used solely for diagnosing and fixing technical problems.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your precise geolocation. We do not access your contacts, microphone, or camera roll except when you actively choose to submit a photo for commitment verification. We do not collect any biometric data.

5.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following processors who help us operate the App. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and permitted to use your data only as directed by us:

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of No More Later, our users, or the public.

5.3 Business Transfers

If No More Later is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the App before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.4 What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your photos or personal data for advertising purposes. We do not allow our service providers to use your data for their own independent purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request, except where we are required to retain records for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, transaction records that must be retained under applicable tax or financial law).

Crash reports and error logs in Sentry are retained for 90 days.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement the following measures:

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@nomorelater.app.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 18+ and is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We enforce this through an age gate at registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a user under 18, we will delete that data promptly. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@nomorelater.app. We will respond within 30 days.

9.3 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your CCPA rights, email us at support@nomorelater.app with the subject line "CCPA Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days.

10. International Data Transfers

No More Later is based in the United States. Our primary data processors (Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI) operate in the United States. If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws that restrict transfers to the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required by applicable law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection.

The App may reference or link to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
